We engage directly with asset owners to evaluate exploration, development and operating projects and may enter into binding acquisition agreements or exclusive transaction mandates. Where appropriate, Northline may complete acquisitions as principal or participate alongside experienced industry operators.

From time to time, Northline may introduce aligned commercial participants to transactions in which we are involved. Any such participation occurs on a private and confidential basis, subject to independent assessment by the relevant parties and formal documentation.
