Supplier Code of Conduct

1. Introduction

All suppliers and contractors working through Northline Advisory Group must adhere to the following Code of Conduct to ensure operational, safety, and ethical standards are maintained.

2. Professional Conduct

Suppliers must:
   1.    Deliver work with accuracy and professionalism.
   2.    Communicate clearly and promptly.
   3.    Follow all instructions outlined in the Scope of Work.

3. Safety and Compliance

​

Suppliers must:
   1.    Maintain valid safety certifications.
   2.    Comply with all WHS laws and site rules.
   3.    Wear required PPE at all times.
   4.    Report incidents immediately.

4. Legal and Ethical Standards

​

Suppliers must:
   1.    Abstain from corrupt or unethical behaviour.
   2.    Maintain transparency in billing and reporting.
   3.    Protect confidential information.

5. KYC and AML

All suppliers must complete mandatory SumSub verification if requested.
