3. Contractor and supplier coordination

5. Machinery supply
6. Risk and compliance support
7. Corporate advisory and restructuring
3. Payment
All project payments must be made into the Trust Wallet before work begins.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, comply with site rules, and fund projects on time.
5. Supplier Responsibilities
Suppliers must maintain compliance, licensing, certifications, and safe working practices.
6. No Financial Advice
Northline does not provide financial advice.
Use of the Trust Wallet is strictly for payment facilitation.
7. Refunds and Disputes
Refunds or withheld payments follow the Payment Release Policy.
Disputes will be handled via structured review with both Parties.
8. Liability
Northline is not liable for operational incidents or contractor actions.
Liability is limited to service fees paid.
9. Privacy
Personal and business information is processed according to Northline’s Privacy Policy.
SumSub is used for KYC and AML verification via the Trust Wallet provider.
