Refund Policy

1. Purpose

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or payment returns occur for services coordinated through Northline Advisory Group.

2. Payments Held in Trust

Payments made into the Trust Wallet are not transferred to service providers until scope conditions are met.

If a project is cancelled or modified:
   1.    Remaining funds in trust may be refunded to the Client.
   2.    Deductions may apply for completed work, mobilisation, or administrative fees.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds apply when:
   1.    Project cancellation occurs before work commences.
   2.    Work is halted due to uncontrollable circumstances.
   3.    Scope variations reduce the required work.

 

Refunds do not apply when:
   1.    Work has been performed.
   2.    Services have been partially or fully delivered.
   3.    Mobilisation or compliance costs have already been incurred.

4. Method of Refund

Refunds are processed via the Trust Wallet platform and returned in USDT or fiat currency depending on the original method.

Processing times vary but generally occur within seventy two hours.
