Mine Owner Service Agreement

1. Parties

Northline Advisory Group Pty Ltd and the Mine Owner.

​

2. Services Provided

​

Northline will provide:
   1.    Payment assurance via Wallet Trust
   2.    Contractor coordination
   3.    Project oversight
   4.    Staff placement
   5.    Machinery supply
   6.    Advisory and restructuring

3. Responsibilities of the Mine Owner

​

Mine Owners agree to:
   1.    Fund trust accounts before work commences.
   2.    Provide accurate scopes and project details.
   3.    Maintain safe working environments for all personnel.
   4.    Communicate changes or risks promptly.

4. Payment

​

All payments flow through the Trust Wallet according to the Payment Release Policy (unless otherwise agreed to by all parties).

​

5. Liability

​

Northline is not liable for on-site safety issues or contractor performance.
Liability is limited to fees paid.
